On a sunny Friday morning the boys and girls walked to Killiney Beach. They created brilliant 'mandala' art on the sand using stones and shells. The children also practiced skimming stones which was lots of fun! It was great to be out in the fresh air exploring our local area!
Since September, every Tuesday the boys and girls go to the running track in Kilbogget. By running a lap every week the boys and girls have really improved their fitness as well as getting outside to enjoy some fresh air..... and a break from schoolwork!

For Science week, the children carried out some experiments in class. They used this experiment to learn about density. They had a lot of fun pouring in the different liquids and guessing what would happen!
The boys and girls had a skipping workshop in the yard. They learned loads of cool tricks! We've gotten loads of new skipping ropes for the children to practice their new skills
The boys and girls had some brilliant costumes this year! They were able to show them off to the whole school during a socially distant parade in the yard! There was also friendly rivalry amongst the staff for best costume this year!
We walked to Killiney Hill to check out the monuments that inspired our lovely artwork!
