Our visit to the Lexicon and People's Park.
The children walked to Dun Laoghaire to exchange their library books in the Lexicon and also got to play in the park. It was a lovely day!
Guitar lessons
The children are participating in the 'Music Generation' programme. Every Friday Peter comes in and teaches the guitar. They children are getting really good!
Excellent Exo Skeletons
For Science Week we went to Cabinteely library and learnt all about different insects in our environment. We drew our own insects and especially loved the beetles and the butterflies.
Procerdural Writing
We were learning about Procedural Writing this week and then followed a recipe for cookies. We did a great job! Yummy!

Science in a Box!
Every Wednesday Pinar comes into our class for the 'Science in a Box' programme. The children get to do hands on experiments while learning about science. It's great fun!
We blew up balloons by mixing baking soda and vinegar.
